By accessing the Service, creating a booking, or speaking with one of our agents, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) to make a booking. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

Bookings for minors must be made by a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be responsible for the booking.

BookingFlight247 acts as a travel agent and intermediary, helping you find, book, change, and cancel airline tickets. Our core services include:

- Flight Changes: Modifying existing reservations (dates, routes, passenger names) subject to airline rules.
- Cancellations & Refunds: Processing cancellations and refunds in accordance with airline fare rules and our policy.
- Customer Support: 24/7 live agent assistance via phone, email, and chat.
We are not an airline. Tickets are issued by, and the actual transportation is provided by, the operating air carrier. Your contract of carriage is with the airline, not with BookingFlight247.
4. Booking Process
4.1 Submitting a Booking Request
When you submit a booking request — online or by phone — you are making an offer to purchase the ticket(s) on the terms displayed. Your booking is not confirmed until:
- Payment is successfully authorized and captured;
- The airline issues a valid ticket number (PNR / e-ticket); and
- You receive a written confirmation email from us.
4.2 Accuracy of Information
You are solely responsible for ensuring all passenger names match exactly the government-issued photo ID or passport that will be used for travel. Airlines may deny boarding for name mismatches, and corrections after ticketing may incur fees or be impossible. We strongly encourage you to review your itinerary carefully before confirming.
4.3 Pricing Errors
Despite our best efforts, occasional pricing or availability errors can occur. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any booking placed for a product listed at an incorrect price, even after a booking has been confirmed and payment charged. If this happens, we will notify you and issue a full refund.
5. Pricing, Fees & Payment
5.1 Total Price
The total price displayed at checkout includes the base fare, applicable taxes, fuel surcharges, and any service fees. Optional add-ons (baggage, seat selection, travel insurance) are clearly disclosed before you confirm.
5.2 Service Fees
Online bookings are typically free of agent service fees. Phone bookings may include a small per-passenger agent-assistance fee, which is always disclosed verbally before payment is taken.
5.3 Payment Methods
We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and PayPal. Payment processing is handled by PCI-DSS-compliant third parties; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
5.4 Currency

6. Cancellations & Refunds
6.1 24-Hour Risk-Free Cancellation
You may cancel any booking within 24 hours of confirmation for a full refund, provided the departure is at least 7 days away (in compliance with U.S. DOT rules). To exercise this right, call our hotline or email us before the 24-hour window expires.
6.2 Cancellations After 24 Hours
After the 24-hour window, refund eligibility is governed by the airline's fare rules. Non-refundable fares typically receive credit (less an airline cancellation fee) for future travel. Refundable fares receive a cash refund (less any applicable fees).
6.3 No-Shows
Failure to check in for a flight without prior cancellation may result in forfeiture of the entire fare and any connecting segments.
6.4 Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 7–14 business days, though the airline's processing time may extend this period to 4–8 weeks in some cases.
7. Changes to Bookings
Most airlines allow changes to dates, routes, or passenger details, subject to fare rules and a change fee plus any fare difference. We can process changes on your behalf 24/7 — call our hotline for the fastest service. Some deeply discounted fares (basic economy, certain promotional fares) are non-changeable.
8. Travel Documents & Compliance
You are solely responsible for ensuring you have all valid travel documents required for your trip, including:
- Valid government-issued photo ID for domestic U.S. travel (REAL ID compliant after May 2025);
- Passport with at least 6 months' validity beyond return date for international travel;
- Visas, transit visas, ESTA, or other entry permits required by destination and transit countries;
- Vaccination records or health certificates if required;
- Any documents required for traveling with minors (consent letters, custody documents).
BookingFlight247 is not liable for denied boarding or denied entry resulting from missing or invalid documentation.
9. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose;
- Make speculative, false, or fraudulent bookings;
- Use automated systems (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access the Service without our prior written consent;
- Resell or transfer tickets without authorization;
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its servers;
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or entity;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service.
We reserve the right to suspend, cancel, or refuse service to any user who violates these Terms.
10. Airline Terms & Conditions Apply
Once a ticket is issued, your travel is governed by the operating airline's contract of carriage, conditions of carriage, and tariff rules. These airline terms control matters such as baggage, denied boarding, schedule changes, delays, cancellations by the airline, and limitations on the airline's liability. We encourage you to review the airline's terms before traveling.
11. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not guarantee that:
- The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free;
- Any flight schedule, fare, or availability information is accurate or up-to-date at all times;
- Any defects in the Service will be corrected immediately.
BookingFlight247 is not responsible for the acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches, or negligence of airlines or other suppliers.
12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BOOKINGFLIGHT247 AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION — ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Our total cumulative liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the specific booking giving rise to the claim.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BookingFlight247, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any rights of a third party; or (d) any inaccurate or fraudulent information you submit.
14. Intellectual Property
All content on the Service — including text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, software, and the overall "look and feel" — is owned by or licensed to BookingFlight247 and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our prior written permission.

16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. The U.N. Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.
17. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration
17.1 Informal Resolution
Before filing any formal claim, you agree to first contact us at legal@bookingflight247.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will respond within 30 days.
17.2 Binding Arbitration
Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration, administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration will take place in Wilmington, Delaware (or, at your election, by video conference).
17.3 Class-Action Waiver
YOU AND BOOKINGFLIGHT247 AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.
17.4 Exceptions
Either party may bring an individual action in small-claims court, and either party may seek injunctive relief in court for actual or threatened infringement of intellectual property rights.
18. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will:
- Update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page;
- Post the revised Terms on the Service;
- Notify registered users by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect.
Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
19. Severability & Entire Agreement
